Pre-Order Policy & Disclaimer

Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order that includes pre-order items.

Pre-order items are not currently in stock and do not begin production until after the posted closing date. Closing dates may be extended due to order minimums, supplier requirements, manufacturing schedules, holidays, material availability, or other circumstances outside of our control. Your order will be submitted to the factory after the pre-order has officially closed and all necessary requirements have been met.

By completing checkout with a pre-order item in your order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Pre-order items typically require approximately 6–10 weeks for production, depending on the item, supplier, and circumstances surrounding the order.

• Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Please allow approximately one additional week after the items arrive at our facility for inspection, sorting, packing, and shipment to you.

• Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

• Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order has been packed and shipped.

• Once the pre-order has closed, the order has been submitted, or production has begun, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks due to the wait time will not be accepted.

By placing your order, you confirm that you understand the estimated wait period and agree to patiently wait for production and fulfillment. Please do not purchase a pre-order item if you need it by a specific date unless the listing explicitly guarantees that delivery date.
